Bill Hughes founded Horizon Tower Group to bring institutional-level execution to cell tower and billboard lease buyouts. He works directly with landowners to navigate complex transactions with clarity, leverage, and a singular focus on maximizing long-term asset value while minimizing risk.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri State University and previously served as an Area Vice President at both Landmark Dividend (LMRK) and Wireless Capital Partners, where he advised property owners across hundreds of tower and infrastructure transactions. His background on the institutional side gives clients a distinct advantage when negotiating with large capital buyers.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through hockey, boating, snowboarding, and travel.
